Why do you need the data and how is it used?

When a command is invoked, we store that message content for a maximum of 30 days for debugging purposes. For edited messages and sniping messages. Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, User IDs and Message IDs are all stored for our system to aggregate values to find data. Username changes are logged in order for the "usernames" command to function. Users can clear this data themselves at any time.

Who is your collected information shared with?

We do not sell and expose your information to others/third parties by any means.

Data removal

To have your data removed/deleted you’ll need to send a request to [e-mail]. After the request is successfully received, It may take us up to 2 weeks to get back to you. Note when emailing, please be specific with what you want to remove/ delete, also you’ll need to provide us with the proof of ownership of your discord account in order to get the data successfully removed/deleted. For the safety reasons If you don’t verify ownership of your discord account within the request, the request will be closed and data won’t be removed or deleted.

Request data

You can send us email on [e-mail] and request to receive your data that we are storing. Note that you have to be specific with what data you want to be provided with, you’ll also have to provide us with ownership of your discord account within the request. After the request and verification have been successfully received, It may take up to 2 weeks for us to get back to you and provide you with requested data. If we don’t receive the proof of your ownership of the account, we won’t be able to provide you with request data and the request will be closed.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We can update these terms at any time without notice. Continuing to use our services after any changes will mean that you agree with these terms and violation of our terms of service could result in a permanent ban across all of our services.
